Temporary New Patient Enrollment Pause
We are grateful for the tremendous response from our community and are honored by the trust so many patients and families have placed in In-Home MD. Due to the high volume of new patient requests, we are temporarily pausing enrollment of new patients while we complete the onboarding of those already scheduled.
We anticipate reopening enrollment in approximately 6–8 weeks.
If you would like to be notified when we begin accepting new patients again, please complete the brief form below to join our New Patient Notification List. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you soon and appreciate your patience.
New Patient Information
At In-Home MD, we are currently welcoming new patients throughout the greater Memphis and Shelby County area. We provide compassionate primary care visits in the comfort of your home, with a focus on seniors and adults whose health conditions or mobility challenges make traveling to appointments difficult. If you or a loved one may benefit from in-home medical care, we would be honored to serve you.
Our practice provides in-home primary care and is not an urgent care service for new patients. We schedule home visits by geographic area on designated days each month. Urgent care is available only for established patients. Once you become a patient, you will be added to our scheduling rotation, so your first visit may not occur within a few days of submitting your information. For urgent medical concerns, please contact an urgent care provider or emergency room as appropriate.
